1. Co-working space and private conference room

The Station at Willow Grove features an 864 sq. ft. co-working space as well as a private conference room for resident use. Per CDC guidelines, all residents are asked to wear a mask in all the common areas. Four people is the maximum number allowed in the co-working space at a time in order to safely distance. Time can be reserved via the ChatBot Amenity Scheduler to help avoid overcrowding and keep things streamlined. Hand sanitizing stations and disinfectants are positioned for ease of use, and the co-working space itself is cleaned in between each time slot. These precautions allow us to help ease your mind and help prevent the spread of COVID-19. The private conference room comes equipped with presentation capabilities for those times when an email or Zoom simply won’t do.

2. Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is available in all of the amenity spaces, as well as in the courtyards at The Station at Willow Grove. This allows you the freedom to take your work with you whether you need to take a private call or simply want a change of scenery. Apartments with office spaces are great, but sometimes you just want to be able to fully take advantage of what makes working from home great: getting to do your work where you want to do it.

You certainly have the option of selecting a floor plan that includes a second bedroom, but even if you do opt for that dedicated workspace within your own four apartment walls, sometimes it’s difficult to truly separate your home from your work.
